Oasis Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Oasis account and associated data, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Contact our customer care team by sending an email to support@asoasis.net.
2. Include your account details and a request for account deletion in your email.
3. Provide all additional information as requested by our customer care team.

Note: Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data. Please be aware that all your data will be permanently deleted from our system within one month of your request. However, logs and other non-identifying data may be retained for up to two years for security and operational purposes.
